SGI IRIX Internationalization Tool
The purpose of this project was to provide a bridge between AT&T's i18n file formats and the file format required for XPG/4 compliance without a major rewrite of the supporting software. This was done by creating a utility program which parses XPG/4-format files containing language-specific character set and collation information, extracts the information used in the AT&T format, and outputs the AT&T formatted files.
